General inquiries

Packages must be delivered to the agency or to our collectors already packed.

Each of our clients is responsible for delivering their packages properly sealed and in their

proper packaging, HENMA EXPRESS reserves the right to open parcels.

HENMA EXPRESS will not provide packaging, only in extreme cases.

All customers who are provided with home pickup service must deliver

your packages already with their respective guides, parcels that do not have their guide attached are not accepted.

Office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Saturdays from 08:00 am to 1:00 pm

We don’t close at noon.

In cash Payment at Agency / In cash payment on delivery.

From 1 to 3 days throughout the national territory: except for packages that are for delivery

In the capital and its municipalities they are delivered the next day of receipt.

Henma Express is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen situations such as;

landslides, landslides, bad roads, demonstrations, etc.

What are the requirements to pick up your package at the destination agency?

To pick up your order at the office, you must show up during business hours and present an identification document (DPI, license or passport). This service is only available in destinations where we have an agency, in the rest of the destinations we only deliver to your home.

What happens if in a home delivery the recipient is not at home?

HENMA EXPRESS will always look for the most appropriate way to help the entrepreneur.

That is why if a person does not answer the calls made by our authorized personnel, their package will be sent to the departure agency. This will be done on Saturdays from 8 to 11 am so that the sender can pick it up.

This policy applies as long as the sender does not frequently reject its packages.

We handle up to a 5% tolerance on monthly returns.

More than 5% of monthly returns will be charged for normal shipping.

What happens if my package is lost?

At HENMA EXPRESS we have proven protocols so that this does not happen, in addition our staff is highly trained to avoid this type of inconvenience, although we cannot go unnoticed in such a situation, our company has insurance for loss, theft or misplacement, the insurance ends the amount payable if the damage is partial, if it is total the insurance covers the value of the product, take into account that our standard insurance covers up to Q1000, if your product including the shipping value has a greater value you must insure it against everything risk, you can call to check the insurance rates.

What happens if the vehicle is accidented or stolen?

All HENMA EXPRESS units have vehicle insurance, life insurance for pilots and merchandise insurance, in either case the insurance will make the adjustments under its own policies by applying the deductible adjustments.
